This unit

The Astronics/EADS/Racal 6066C is a C-sized VXI slave module that functions as both a network analyzer and simulator for automotive multiplexed bus testing. It supports CAN and VAN protocols with dual-channel capability, enabling simultaneous simulation and analysis of automotive networks within a single VXIbus slot. Each channel provides 1024 KB of exchange memory and can be independently configured for network analysis or simulation. The module includes optional error simulation on VAN networks for fault injection testing, making it suitable for validating ECU behavior under normal and fault conditions. Remote control via VXIbus allows integration into automated test systems.
