The Agilent/Keysight E1413A is a single-width, C-size VXI data acquisition module that delivers high-speed analog-to-digital conversion for multi-channel measurement systems. It combines 16-bit resolution at up to 100 kHz sampling rate with a 64-channel FET multiplexer and on-board signal conditioning support via plug-on modules, enabling voltage, temperature, strain, and resistance measurements across mixed-signal applications.
