Each group supports independent pull-up supplies up to 32 VDC, enabling flexible interfacing with external logic, switches, and relays. Channels sink up to 200 mA and drive up to 32 V, with pseudo tri-state capability achieved by driving logic '1'. The module operates in asynchronous, synchronous, and mixed modes with programmable two-wire handshake support (active high or low). Data rates span 1 kHz to 200 kHz asynchronous (register-based) and up to 800 Hz synchronous. Message-based control leverages the VXIbus backplane via 8-bit poke/peek operations, supporting hex, decimal, and binary data manipulation. Internal pull-up resistors are user-installed via 16-pin DIP sockets; external voltage (Vext) supplies up to 32 VDC per group at 1 A maximum per pin enable inductive fly-back protection. The module ships with one mating connector set; additional connectors are available separately.
