This unit

The HP/Agilent 6613C is a 50 W single-output DC power supply engineered for benchtop and system integration. It delivers 0 to 50 V and 0 to 1 A with programming accuracy of ±20 mV (voltage) and ±(0.05% + 0.75 mA) (current). The unit combines low-noise output - 0.5 mV rms, 4 mV peak-to-peak - with dual-range current measurement down to the microampere level. Voltage regulation holds ±4 mV load and ±1 mV line variation; response time from command to output change is under 2 ms rise/fall and 6 ms settling. Output terminals float to ±240 VDC from chassis ground, and remote sensing accommodates up to 2 V drop per load lead.
