The Keysight/Agilent/HP 743 is a 6U VME board computer integrating processor, memory, and I/O control onto a single module. Built on Hewlett-Packard PA-RISC 7100LC architecture with processor options at 64 MHz or 100 MHz, the 743 delivers deterministic computing for demanding data acquisition and real-time control tasks. The board combines on-chip and off-chip caching with flexible RAM configurations scaling from 8 MB to 256 MB, accommodating both general-purpose and time-critical applications within VME systems.
