This unit
The HP/Agilent 8115A is a dual-channel pulse generator delivering independent, synchronous pulse generation up to 50 MHz. Each channel offers full programmability of pulse width, delay, amplitude, and transition times via CRT display and GPIB control. The instrument generates complex pulse patterns and multilevel signals by combining channels, making it ideal for digital circuit validation and ATE system integration across temperature ranges from 0°C to 55°C.
