Agilent/Keysight 81613A Fabry-Perot Laser Source Module

The Agilent/Keysight 81613A Fabry-Perot Laser Source Module is a plug-in optical module for return loss and reflection measurements on single-mode fiberoptic components. It combines an integrated Fabry-Perot laser source, power sensor, monitor diode, and couplers into one unit, eliminating external source requirements and reducing calibration overhead. The module operates across the extended C and L bands and achieves greater than 75 dB dynamic range with measurement uncertainty as low as ±0.2 dB.
