Agilent / Keysight 85629B Test and Adjustment Module

The Agilent/Keysight 85629B Test and Adjustment Module is a rear-panel service accessory that automates diagnostics, calibration, and performance verification for compatible spectrum analyzers. The TAM mounts via 1/4-turn fastener to the right-hand rear panel and interfaces with the analyzer through a fixed connector, enabling control of external test instruments over GPIB while displaying instructions and results directly on the analyzer screen.

Compatibility & Integration The 85629B is compatible with Agilent/Keysight 8560, 8560E, and 8560EC series analyzers; 8561, 8561E, and 8561EC series; and 8563, 8563E, and 8563EC series. The module is not compatible with 8564E/EC or 8565E/EC analyzers. The 8562E spectrum analyzer requires the 562E/TAM Interface Software for operation with this module.
