The Agilent/Keysight 85645A is a tracking source designed to complement spectrum analyzers for swept amplitude response measurements across a wide frequency range. It delivers selectable RF output power with AC or DC coupling options, enabling high dynamic range characterization when paired with compatible host instruments. The 85645A supports offset tracking capability for measuring frequency translation devices such as mixers and systems with propagation delays.
It also functions as a standalone CW signal generator, producing fixed, non-synthesized signals without requiring connection to external equipment.
