The LeCroy 9320 is a dual-channel 1 GHz digital storage oscilloscope engineered for high-speed signal acquisition and analysis. This instrument captures repetitive waveforms at equivalent sampling rates up to 20 GS/s, with single-shot capability to a few MHz at up to 20 MS/s. The 9320 delivers pre-trigger viewing, main and delayed timebases for precise time measurement, and advanced triggering including glitch, pattern, state, and edge-qualified modes with a maximum trigger rate of 10 kHz into segmentable memory.

Its 200k-point record length and timebase range from 1 ns/div to 1000 s/div support both transient and long-duration signal examination.
