LeCroy AP031 High-Voltage Differential Probe, 15MHz

The LeCroy AP031 is a high-voltage differential probe that measures differential signals in circuits with high common-mode voltages present. It enables direct measurement between two circuit points without ground reference, eliminating ground loops and signal interference while rejecting common-mode signals with precision. The probe operates across a 15 MHz bandwidth and supports dual attenuation ranges, making it suitable for power electronics, switched-mode supplies, and high-voltage circuit analysis where reference voltage may float significantly above or below ground.
