This unit
The Keysight DSAV254A Infiniium V-Series oscilloscope delivers 25 GHz analog bandwidth across four channels, engineered for high-speed signal acquisition and protocol-level analysis. This instrument combines low intrinsic jitter (< 100 fs) with configurable sampling up to 80 GSa/s on two channels, deep memory to 2 Gpts, and hardware-accelerated serial triggering at 12.5 Gb/s. The 12.1" capacitive touchscreen interface supports eight simultaneous waveform windows with 16 grids each, enabling complex multi-signal observation.
Dual trigger modes - edge and serial pattern matching with 160-bit sequence capability - address DDR4 and LPDDR4 protocol decode requirements. RC input impedance minimizes mid-band loading for signal integrity measurements. Five USB 3.0 ports, Ethernet, GPIB, and 10 MHz external clock synchronization support automated test and remote operation.
The platform is LXI Class C compliant, MATLAB-enabled, and web-accessible for flexible integration into existing measurement ecosystems.
