The Keysight DSO81204B Infiniium is a 12 GHz real-time oscilloscope engineered for high-fidelity signal acquisition across demanding measurement applications. Built around four analog channels, this instrument delivers 40 GSa/s sampling in dual-channel mode and 20 GSa/s in four-channel operation. Memory configurations span from 512 kpts standard to 64 Mpts deep memory at 4 GSa/s, with 2 Mpts optional memory available at full 40 GSa/s sampling.

The platform achieves 387 µV noise floor at 5 mV/div vertical sensitivity and trigger jitter below 500 fs rms - critical for precision analog and high-speed digital measurements.
