This unit
The Keysight DSO90254A Infiniium is a 2.5 GHz analog oscilloscope built for signal integrity analysis in high-speed digital, telecommunications, and semiconductor test environments. Four analog channels deliver 20 GSa/s maximum sample rate with up to 1 Gpts memory depth, enabling capture and analysis of complex transient behavior. A 10-bit ADC and 0.64 mVrms noise floor at 50 mV/div support precise measurements across low-level signals.
The instrument scales vertically to 2 mV/div in hardware and accepts inputs up to 30 V peak (CAT I), with ESD tolerance exceeding 8 kV (100 pF, 300 Ω HBM).
