The Keysight DSO93004L Infiniium is a 30 GHz digital storage oscilloscope engineered for signal integrity, protocol analysis, and high-speed characterization. It delivers true 30 GHz analog bandwidth paired with 80 GSa/s sample rate on 2 channels (40 GSa/s on 4 channels), enabling precise capture of complex transients and fast digital signals. With up to 500 Mpts memory per channel, sub-150 fs jitter measurement floor, and 3.2 mVrms noise at 50 mV/div, the DSO93004L provides the fidelity required for advanced silicon debug, RF circuit verification, and protocol compliance testing.
