It delivers a waveform update rate of 200,000 waveforms per second using MegaZoom IV deep memory technology, enabling reliable capture of signal detail and anomalies. The 8.5-inch WVGA color display provides clear visualization across all measurement tasks.

With 2 GSa/s sampling capability and 1 Mpts memory depth (upgradeable), the instrument achieves ≤5 ns rise time. It includes 23 automated measurements spanning voltage, time, and frequency domains, plus 14 waveform math functions including FFT analysis.
