The Keysight DSOX3024A is a 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope engineered for design, debug, and validation workflows. Part of the InfiniiVision 3000 X-Series, this instrument integrates oscilloscope, logic analyzer (MSO upgrade), protocol analyzer, function generator (WaveGen), and voltmeter functionality into a single platform. The upgradable architecture supports future expansion of bandwidth, memory, digital channels, and serial triggering capabilities.

Standard memory depth is 4 Mpts, with waveform capture rates reaching 1,000,000 waveforms/sec for real-time signal visibility. The 8.5-inch WVGA display (800 × 480 resolution) with 256-level intensity grading ensures clear waveform rendering. Calculated rise time (10–90%) measures ≤1.75 ns. Horizontal timebase ranges from 2 ns/div to 50 s/div with 2.5 ps resolution. Vertical acquisition supports Normal, Peak Detect (capturing glitches as narrow as 500 ps), Averaging (2 to 65,536 selections), High Resolution Mode (12-bit resolution at ≥20 μs/div timebase), and Segmented Memory with 19 μs minimum re-arm time.
