The Keysight DSOX3104A is a 1 GHz, 4-channel benchtop oscilloscope from the InfiniiVision 3000 X-Series built for signal analysis and electronic design debugging. This instrument delivers 5 GSa/s sampling, up to 2 Mpts of memory (expandable to 4 Mpts), and 1,000,000 waveforms/s update rate via MegaZoom IV Smart Memory Technology. The 8.5-inch WVGA color display provides high-resolution waveform visualization.
