The Keysight DSOX92804A is a 28 GHz true analog bandwidth oscilloscope with upgrade capability to 33 GHz, engineered for high-speed signal characterization and jitter analysis in demanding measurement environments. It delivers 80 GSa/s sampling on 2 channels and 40 GSa/s on 4 channels, supported by up to 2 Gpts of memory and a proprietary IC architecture that maintains exceptionally low noise and jitter floors for superior measurement integrity.
