The Keysight DSOZ594A Infiniium Oscilloscope delivers 59 GHz real-time bandwidth - upgradable to 63 GHz - for high-speed serial data analysis, signal integrity testing, and complex digital system debugging. Built on low-noise, low-jitter architecture, this instrument captures rise times as fast as 5 ps and achieves the highest ENOB at bandwidths up to 59 GHz. The platform supports up to 4 channels in a single frame with flexible channel configuration, 80 GSa/s on 4 channels or 160 GSa/s on 2 channels, and up to 2 Gpts memory depth.
A 15.4-inch capacitive touch display, quad-core processor with 16 GB RAM, and Windows OS enable intuitive operation and fast signal processing with hardware acceleration.
