This unit
The Keysight EXR108A is an 8-channel real-time oscilloscope with 1 GHz bandwidth, 16 GSa/s simultaneous sample rate across all channels, and 100 Mpts standard memory per channel (upgradeable to 400 Mpts). Built on the Infiniium EXR-Series platform, it combines analog and optional 16-channel digital acquisition with a 10-bit native ADC expandable to 16-bit high-resolution mode. The instrument achieves up to 9.0 system ENOB with noise floors as low as 43 µV and delivers waveform update rates exceeding 200,000 wfm/s.
A 15.6-inch capacitive multi-touch display provides intuitive control and visualization. The EXR108A supports optional integrated instruments - logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, DVM, counter, Bode plotter, and arbitrary waveform generator - plus comprehensive analysis tools including FFT, eye diagrams, jitter decomposition, mask testing, and compliance testing for standards such as DDR, USB 2.0, and PCIe Gen 1-4. Full upgrade paths for bandwidth and channels protect long-term investment.
