The Rohde & Schwarz FSUP8 is a signal source analyzer that combines high-end spectrum analysis with precision phase noise measurement via phase-locked loop technology. Operating from 10 MHz to 8 GHz, it delivers single-box characterization of oscillators and synthesizers, eliminating the need for multiple instruments and reducing test complexity. Extended measurements to 110 GHz are supported with external mixers.
