The Teledyne LeCroy HDO6054 is a 500 MHz, 4-channel high-definition oscilloscope built on the HD4096 architecture, delivering 12-bit vertical resolution with up to 15 bits enhanced resolution (ERES). This mixed-signal instrument combines analog acquisition with 16 integrated digital channels, enabling simultaneous capture and cross-pattern triggering across all 20 channels. The 12-bit ADC architecture provides 4096 discrete vertical levels and 55 dB signal-to-noise ratio, yielding 16 times more vertical resolution than conventional 8-bit oscilloscopes and reducing quantization error for precision measurement work.
