This unit

The Agilent/Keysight MXR404A is a 4 GHz, 4-channel mixed-signal oscilloscope built for signal integrity analysis, debugging, and validation in advanced electronics design and test environments. It delivers 16 GSa/s sampling across all analog channels with up to 9.0 ENOB and a 43 µV noise floor. The instrument provides flexible memory scaling from 100 Mpts to 1.6 Gpts per channel and functions as eight integrated instruments in one platform, including a Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer, Logic Analyzer, Digitally Down-Converter, and protocol analysis tools.
