This unit

The Keysight M9710A is an 8-channel AXIe high-speed digitizer delivering 10-bit resolution at up to 5 GS/s per channel, or 10 GS/s across two interleaved channels. Engineered for demanding multichannel data acquisition across DC to 2.5 GHz, it integrates Xilinx Virtex-6 FPGAs for real-time signal processing and custom algorithm implementation. The module provides up to 8 GB of DDR3 acquisition memory (1.6 GSamples per channel) and 50 Ω DC-coupled inputs with selectable 250 mV or 1 V full-scale ranges.

Trigger time interpolation achieves 15 ps RMS precision. Spurious-free dynamic range exceeds 56 dBc typical over large analysis bandwidths, with optimized frequency response flatness and low noise density. Its single-slot AXIe form factor scales from 2-slot to 14-slot chassis, accommodating up to thirteen modules in the largest configuration.
