Agilent/Keysight M9800A

The Keysight M9800A is a PXIe Vector Network Analyzer module delivering RF characterization across 9 kHz to 4.5 GHz. This modular instrument configures as a 2-, 4-, or 6-port VNA and cascades with other M980xA series modules to build multi-port systems supporting up to 50 ports within a single PXIe chassis. It enables multiport and multi-site testing with N-port error correction and electronic calibration (ECal) module support for rapid, accurate calibration cycles.
