Built around three cascaded diode pairs operating in the square law region, it captures accurate average power from -60 dBm to +20 dBm with 3% linearity across its full frequency and dynamic range. The sensor integrates internal EEPROM calibration storage indexed by frequency, power, and temperature, enabling automatic correction through compatible Anritsu power meters.
