The Agilent/Keysight MX0024A is a 20 GHz InfiniiMax Ultra Series probe amplifier engineered for high-speed digital validation and signal integrity measurements. It delivers low capacitive loading through RC input impedance architecture, preserving signal integrity while minimizing DUT impact. The amplifier supports InfiniiMode - enabling differential, single-ended A, single-ended B, and common-mode measurements from a single probe tip without reconnection.
