The FIS OV-VFL is a compact, pen-style visible laser fault locator designed for rapid field detection of fiber breaks, bends, and faulty connections in optical networks. Operating at 650 nm ± 10 nm, this Class 1 laser instrument emits a minimum of 1 mW in both continuous and pulsed modes, achieving detection ranges up to 10 km depending on fiber type and operating conditions.
