It measures backreflection, insertion loss, and optical power across 1310 nm and 1550 nm with direct display output and field portability via internal rechargeable battery. The instrument delivers backreflection accuracy to -75 dB and power measurement to -80 dBm, supporting component testing, system verification, and field service environments through an FC/APC connector interface.
