The Keysight P5006B Streamline is a compact, two-port vector network analyzer engineered for RF and microwave component and system testing from 100 kHz to 32 GHz. This hand-portable instrument delivers 140 dB dynamic range and trace noise of 0.0015 dB rms at 10 kHz IFBW, with 10 dBm output power. Connected via Thunderbolt 3 to a host PC, the P5006B employs the same measurement science, GUI, and SCPI command set as Keysight's VNAs, enabling a consistent user experience across platforms.

The instrument supports electronic calibration via Keysight ECal modules and offers a breadth of software applications for advanced analysis: pulsed-RF measurements, automatic fixture removal, time domain analysis, noise figure measurements with vector correction, embedded LO capability, gain compression, spectrum analysis, and multiport calibrated measurements.
