The Advantest R3361B is a synthesized spectrum analyzer spanning 9 kHz to 3.6 GHz, engineered for signal analysis, component testing, and EMC measurements. It delivers ±1 dB total level accuracy across a -130 dBm to +25 dBm measurement range, with exceptional frequency stability from an internal reference oscillator (±2 × 10⁻⁷/day). The instrument features a 70 dB QP dynamic range for EMC applications - nearly double conventional spectrum analyzers - and includes an internal tracking generator (0 dBm to -50 dBm output) for S-parameter and insertion-loss characterization.
