The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZM30 is a modular probe amplifier delivering 3 GHz bandwidth and sub-100 ps rise time for precision high-speed measurements. The integrated offset compensation extends the operating voltage window to ±16 V, allowing maximum signal resolution.
