Rohde and Schwarz RT-ZS20 Active Voltage Probe, DC to 1.5 GHz, Single-Ended

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZS20 is a single-ended active voltage probe designed for ground-referenced measurements from DC to 1.5 GHz. It minimizes loading on the Device Under Test through high input impedance and delivers precise signal acquisition with low noise performance. Built-in probe correction - gain, delay, and offset - is stored in integrated data memory and automatically applied by compatible R&S oscilloscopes, eliminating manual calibration steps.

A micro button enables direct oscilloscope control, while the integrated R&S ProbeMeter displays measured values on-screen. The probe ships with a comprehensive accessory set for reliable connection across diverse DUT configurations.
