The Advantest TR4172 is a microprocessor-controlled spectrum analyzer built for precision RF measurements across a wide frequency span. It delivers simultaneous four-trace display with 95 dB display dynamic range and integrated tracking generator for complete frequency response characterization of filters, amplifiers, and networks. Phase response and group delay measurement capabilities support detailed device behavior analysis.
