The Keysight U2031C is a USB-powered average power sensor delivering precise measurements across continuous wave and modulated signals from 9 kHz to 26.5 GHz. Operating over a dynamic range of -60 dBm to +44 dBm, it captures up to 250 readings per second and supports GSM, EDGE, WLAN, and WiMAX signal analysis. The sensor connects directly via USB 2.0 with no external power supply required, drawing approximately 170 mA - enabling multiple units to operate simultaneously without additional hubs.
Internal zeroing isolates the sensor from the device under test without disconnection or power-down, reducing test time and connector wear. Triggering capability accommodates both internal and external sources, with trace display enabling straightforward burst signal configuration. The U2031C can monitor more than 20 channels simultaneously and integrates into automated test environments via SCPI commands.
