The Keysight UXR0334A is a 33 GHz real-time oscilloscope engineered for high-speed signal acquisition and analysis across demanding RF and digital applications. Built on a proprietary indium phosphide process, this four-channel instrument delivers 128 GSa/s sampling across all channels with 10-bit vertical resolution and up to 2 Gpts of acquisition memory. The platform supports bandwidth upgrades to 110 GHz, accommodating evolving test requirements without hardware replacement.
