This unit
The Keithley 194A is a programmable high-resolution digitizer engineered for precision waveform acquisition and multi-function signal analysis. It acquires waveforms with frequency components below 500 kHz using external triggering at sampling rates up to 1 MS/s, with selectable 16-bit resolution at rates to 100 kHz or 8-bit resolution from 100 kHz to 1 MHz. The instrument digitizes signal levels from 10 µV to 200 V across an isolated input, making it suitable for floating or ground-referenced measurements. Its 64 KB memory capacity stores either 32k samples at 16-bit resolution or 64k samples at 8-bit resolution, enabling comprehensive waveform capture for post-acquisition analysis.
