This unit
The Keithley 2000-20 Scanning Multimeter combines a 6.5-digit DMM with an integrated 20-channel scanner card for automated multi-point data acquisition. This instrument executes switch-and-measure operations across 20 channels of 2-pole relay input, configurable to 10 channels of 4-pole switching, with latching electromechanical relays and <3.5 ms actuation time. The platform supports DC voltages to 60 V and 0.5 A, AC signals to 30 V rms (100 kHz maximum), and delivers contact life exceeding 10⁸ cold-switching cycles with contact resistance 10⁸ Ω isolation between terminals and earth with <150 pF capacitance, supporting 60 V DC or 42.4 V AC peak common-mode voltage. IEEE-488 and RS-232 interfaces enable integration with existing test software including TestPoint and LabVIEW drivers, facilitating system upgrades for benchtop and automated testing environments requiring precision resistance measurement and distributed signal switching.
