The Anritsu 37397C is a vector network analyzer operating from 40 MHz to 65 GHz, designed for precise S-parameter characterization of microwave and millimeter-wave components. This benchtop instrument integrates a synthesized source, S-parameter test set, and tuned receiver into a single compact chassis, enabling fast and accurate measurements across four independent channels with up to 1601 data points per sweep.
