The Anritsu 68259B is a synthesized signal generator delivering precise RF signal generation across 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz with 1 Hz resolution. Built for demanding RF component testing and system simulation, it combines low phase noise, wide dynamic range, and stable frequency synthesis with analog modulation and sweep capabilities. Output spans -127 dBm to +10 dBm with ±1.0 dB accuracy at +10 dBm.


Phase noise reaches -100 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset (10 GHz carrier). The instrument supports AM and FM modulation

AM depth to 100%, FM deviation to 200 kHz - plus three sweep modes with selectable trigger sources. Fast frequency switching under 100 ms and frequency stability better than 5×10⁻⁸ per hour enable reliable testing in development and production.
