The Keithley 7015 is a 40-channel solid-state multiplexer card engineered for high-speed signal routing in automated test and data acquisition systems. It delivers four independent 1×10 2-pole multiplex banks and two independent 1×10 4-pole multiplex banks, with the flexibility to interconnect adjacent banks or isolate any bank via jumper removal. Contact resistance remains below 210 Ω per conductor, while contact potential measures <5 µV (7015-C) or <4 µV (7015-S) per channel pair. The card switches in under 500 µs and achieves isolation exceeding 10⁹ Ω across all configurations. MTBF exceeds 30,000 hours.
