This unit

The Keithley 7752 is a low-voltage current source and switching module engineered for the Model 2790 SourceMeter Switch System. It delivers programmable current sourcing from 0 mA to 50 mA with 0.5% accuracy plus 5 nA offset, alongside multichannel relay switching for automotive electrical test applications. The module sources current only

It has no high-voltage output or I/V conversion capability.

Four relay banks support flexible channel configuration: 4 channels of 4-pole signals or 8 channels of 2-pole signals. Each relay actuates in less than 3 ms and maintains contact resistance below 1 Ohm at end of life. A dry-circuit clamp limits test voltage to 20 mV, preventing oxide layer damage during low-energy measurements.

The integrated DMM measures current to 50 µA with sub-1 mV voltage burden and performs 4-wire contact verification. Latching electromechanical relays deliver over 10⁶ operations at full source level and over 10⁸ cold-switching cycles. Designed exclusively for integration with the Model 2790 host system via plugable screw terminals rated for #22 AWG wire.
