This unit
The Fluke 99B Scopemeter Series II is a dual-channel handheld oscilloscope that integrates digital storage oscilloscope and digital multimeter functionality into a single field-service instrument. With 100 MHz bandwidth and 5 GS/s repetitive sampling capability, it captures and analyzes complex waveforms across two input channels. The device delivers 3 2/3-digit multimeter performance with true RMS AC measurements to 5 MHz, alongside oscilloscope acquisition modes including ScopeRecord™ for extended signal monitoring, envelope capture, glitch detection, and averaging. Its high-contrast display and Continuous Autoset function streamline troubleshooting in the field, while advanced waveform mathematics - add, multiply, filter, subtract, invert, integrate - enable detailed signal characterization.
