This unit
The GE/Bently Nevada ADRE 108 is an 8-channel data acquisition instrument designed for machinery protection, diagnostics, and continuous condition monitoring of rotating equipment. It captures simultaneous vibration, temperature, pressure, and speed data at 16-bit resolution and up to 10 kHz per channel, enabling transient analysis and real-time health monitoring. The instrument supports programmable speed input (Keyphasor) multipliers/dividers on each channel independently and includes configurable analog signal conditioning - input gain, voltage clamping, inversion, edge triggering, and threshold hysteresis. An LCD touchscreen provides real-time visualization of data trends and machine performance, while Ethernet and serial communication with OPC compatibility enable system integration. The ADRE 108 performs Hot-Align analysis during machinery operation and is suited for oil and gas, power generation, chemical processing, and pulp and paper applications.
