The Keysight DSO80604B Infiniium is a 6 GHz oscilloscope engineered for signal analysis in telecommunications, semiconductor testing, and research environments. This four-channel instrument delivers maximum sample rates of 40 GSa/s across two channels or 20 GSa/s across all four channels, with deep acquisition memory up to 64 Mpts at reduced sample rates. The oscilloscope achieves signal integrity through its 241 µV noise floor at 5 mV/div, trigger jitter below 500 fs rms, and compatibility with the InfiniiMax II probing ecosystem.

An 8.4 inch XGA color touchscreen display with 256-level intensity grading provides intuitive waveform visualization and control.
