The Keysight DSO80804B Infiniium is an 8 GHz oscilloscope designed for precision signal analysis in demanding measurement applications. This four-channel instrument delivers 40 GSa/s sampling in two-channel mode and 20 GSa/s in four-channel mode, with optional memory expansion to 128 Mpts. The oscilloscope combines low noise (294 µV @ 5 mV/div), exceptional trigger stability (< 500 fs rms jitter), and 54 ps rise/fall time to capture and analyze complex signals with high fidelity.
