The Keysight DSOX3024T is a 200 MHz, 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope from the InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series, engineered for signal analysis across general debugging, signal integrity assessment, and protocol analysis tasks. The instrument delivers a 1,000,000 waveforms/second update rate and samples at 5 GSa/s across half channels or 2.5 GSa/s when using all channels. Its 8.5-inch capacitive touch screen display supports Zone Touch triggering for rapid signal isolation and features an intuitive drag-and-drop interface with alphanumeric annotation capabilities.
