This unit
The Agilent/Keysight E1313A is a B-size VXI module delivering 32-channel differential scanning analog-to-digital conversion for data acquisition and computer-aided test applications. With 16-bit resolution, 0.01% accuracy, and a 100 kSamples/s maximum reading rate, this register-based module integrates a 32-channel FET multiplexer and 64 kSa dual-ported FIFO buffer for efficient block transfers. Option 001 expansion adds a second identical module for 64-channel operation.
The E1313A accepts 4 mV to 16 V full-scale input and supports optional Signal Conditioning Plug-ons (SCPs) for buffering, filtering, amplification, and specialized measurements including strain gauge and temperature conditioning. Automatic self-calibration and VXIbus integration make this module suitable for demanding multichannel acquisition tasks. The Keysight E1413C offers functionally identical 64-channel performance in a single C-size slot as an alternative platform.
