  • Interrupt Handling (E1330A vs. E1330B): * The E1330A implements "release on register access" (RORA) for its interrupt circuitry. This means the interrupt request line remains asserted until the Port Control/Status register is accessed. * The E1330B, a related module, uses "release on interrupt acknowledge" (ROAK), aligning with most other VXI cards.
  • Compatibility: * Can be used with command modules such as E1300A, E1301A, E1306A, and with VXI modules E1405A/B and E1406A. * Direct backplane control using C-SCPI, ISCPI in SICL, and plug-and-play drivers are not supported with the E1330A due to its RORA interrupt implementation. The E1330B supports these drivers.
